If you happen to be traveling to or through High Point and want some good Mexican food this is a nice place to stop.

Beth and I were on or way back from a trip to DC and hunting Civil War stuff and stopped for the night in High Point. We asked the desk clerk at the Holiday Inn about food other than fast food. She handed me a sheet with restaurants listed and I made a comment about the Mexican restaurants that were listed. She said that the best one was not on the list and directed us to Pancho Villa's.

Her assessment seemed to be right on. The Margaritas were very good as was the food. Chips were standard and the cheese dip that we ordered with Jalapeño's was pretty devoid of Jalapeño's.

All in all not bad and the price was right!

This is really a Tex-Mex but we go here with Beth's daughter and son-in-law. The place is always crowded.

Food is standard and the Margaritas were OK. They offer a mixed Lime and Strawberry frozen Margarita that I tried.

The service was very good once we got seated.

Parking is on the street and is hard to find. We parked about three blocks away. It is, however, a very pleasant walk through Old Town.

If you happen to stop in Paducah this is a nice restaurant to visit.

Food and the Margaritas were good.

The service was very spotty since we had a server that was only on the job two days.
