I regret to report that this restaurant has gone from first to worst. New ownership has changed the drink mix and some of the previous staff has left. We will not be making a trip from Sandy Springs to Decatur to visit what had been one of the best Mexican restaurants in Atlanta. Too bad!!!!!!!

Ricardo's has been reincarnated as Sol y Luna. It is had to believe that his new venture would top the old place, but it does. Ricardo has added a Tapas menu and I can assure you that at Sol y Luna these are not snacks. I ordered tamals and was able to split the order with my friend Lee.

The margaritas are as good as ever.

The deck has been outfitted with new tables & chairs and most of the tables now have umbrellas. A real pleasure to sit out now and watch the sun set.

It is good to have one of our favorite places back in business!

A visit to Sol y Luna is well worth your time.
